I don't think the zombie theme is past its prime but I do think that some new life needs to be breathed into the genre. Simple hack and slash isn't going to do it although some Borderlands-esque fun is never a bad thing but if it comes down to it I'll just bust out the first BL DLC.

Borderlands is the rare example to this as you pointed out and is one reason why I'm a Gearbox cheerleader.

Very cool. We have the setup here at work since they moved a few of us to 7 and deal with a lot of customers who still have XP. It's great to be able just to fire up XP and see what they're seeing or to try and recreate a problem they are having and then develop a fix.

I don't think that's the case seeing how 36 lanes are reserved for discrete GPUs even if they are not being used. Plus I believe that the SATA III capability is being handled by a separate add on chip. Maybe Robert should weight in on this one.

I'd be fine with tank regen -if- it was after a certain period of no damage -and- if it were only about 10-20%. As dontnormally said, tank operators know basic repair. Can they repair a tank down to about 10%? I doubt it.

I'm not too worried about making it in for the beta early. We just bought a house so I'll be lucky to salvage any time when the game goes live although I do like the idea of saving some money. Maybe I'll take my receipt back to the store, get my munies and do the D2D dance.
