It would seriously degrade sound quality plus you'd be feeding audio back through the outputs of the other devices. It could eventually burn something out since audio signals are AC signals of varying frequency and amplitude. You'd be better off getting an RCA switch box and doing that.

There was already a simple freon heatpipe cooler put out a few years back by Asetek, the makers of the Vapochill. It didn't do as well as standard heatpipe coolers and was very short lived
