Wow thats serious... And can you use X1900XTX's? Do you not need an X1900XT Crossfire and then you can use the X1900XTX as the 2nd card, which clocks down? I'm really not sure. The X1600 cards can either run without a master or without a link cable, not sure which. Maybe both *shrugs*

It's a nice idea, though I doubt it will go past the likes of Alienware in the big pre biult machines. However I do know a guy at another forum who has just ordered two of these... He wants to try SLI. I'm happy, still running AGP here :D lol!

I would love to see Ageia do well.. I like the idea of an independant PPU. I read yesterday about nVidias plans (and ATI to an extent) in which they plan all new mobos to have 3 PCI-E slots, two for top of the line gpu's and then the third for an older gpu which will run as the PPU. I think...

I've got a Samsung 160gb IDE drive for my documents (40gb free) and then two 74gb Raptors. 115gb free on those, I like ot keep them freed up :D Hopefully going to order another pair of Raptors in the next couple of weeks so I can have RAID0 on four drives :D

Just how many SATA DVD drives are there out there? The only ones I have found (mind I haven't looked in a while) have been pretty damn expensive. But it's good it's finally happened though, hate IDE! When I biult this pc, I spent quite a bit of time with a razor blade and my flat IDE cables...
