The Bigwater 760i is a horrible watercooling kit as it performs around the same level as a highend cooler which isn't a good thing considering the price tag of the Bigwater 760i.
EDIT: ditto with buying a real watercooling setup.
Yep you can't go wrong with an OCZ PSU and when I got a GameXStream 700W for someone I was surprised by how small and light it was when it arrived but I was surprised more on how very little parts were used internally.
Ditto as you can get a 9600GT that is nicely priced at $140-150 over at NCIX.

Are you planning on overclocking that E8200? I'm curious how well it does.
Theres plenty of apps you can get like SuperPI and Sandra for example.
