Slowly increase in increments, never make a huge jump in a OC. If I have the same computer as you and I say blah blah this is what my comp is running at you shouldn't just go and raise it to that assuming it is going to be safe. Everyone gets different results.

I have had this card for 7-8 months, it runs great. This card runs CS:Source HalfLife 2 BattleField 2 WoW and much more at maxed settings at smooth frame rates at (1280x1024 50-60+AA) at 1680x1050 or higher you will struggle with this card and get more around 30-40 fps in more demanding games...
