"Feature-packed" is a term we often use to describe products that offer a lot of features and lack nothing, but there may be no product more deserving of that description than SteelSeries' Sensei 'pro-grade' gaming mouse. It's identical in design to the award-winning Xai, but has a much greater focus on the pro-gamer, making sure to deliver both the imperative features as well as a few extras for good measure.

Here's a couple of videos that SteelSeries launched with this mouse:

Nice Mouse! (although a little over the top...)

article said:
5,001 CPI (counts-per-inch) to 11,400 CPI.

FWIW... the original unit of measure for mouse movement was ... ready for this.. "Mickeys".

Reading SteelSeries commenting on their own mouse makes me believe the world isn't so lost after all. There's still decency in highly competitive markets.

Thanks for the review rob. I wouldn't trade my Logitech Performance MX. But then and again I'm not exactly a gamer :) I gather the huge CPI could also be useful for non gamers though since 3 monitors aren't nothing unheard of among programmers and artists.

Well, if my Mamba fails on me i'm going SteelSeries! I have had 2 Razer products die on me! DeathAdder and the Megasoma! But they were pretty awesome while they worked though! :D

Don't you mean 16.8 million colors to choose from? (says in the second vid)

Awesome looking mouse...I like the feel of a regular mouse..not the freakishly mutated RAT mice (*cough*). haha. This I may look into getting.

How was it referenced? Like, how many mickeys would a mouse like this be? :D

Oh, an actual review will come! Since I am in such dire need of a new mouse, I am going to take this one on and see if I can overclock the ARM CPU. Alright not really. I've just heard such great things about the Xai, that this one seems perfect.

I've heard that about a lot of Razer products...

Doh. I had "million" in there originally... no idea how these things happen. It'd be a bit off if there were a total of 16.8 colors to choose from...
