ERGOTECH has just posted a rather humorous blog post that covers an important subject: sitting. Dubbing it "your worst enemy", it's easy to understand where they are going with things even before you begin reading, and of course, it's designed to promote the company's recent release of the Sit-Stand:

It got me thinking though... what do you guys do to keep active throughout the day, if your job requires you to sit? Unfortunately, I do very little. The biggest activity most days is going to the car or making a coffee. I don't force myself to get up regularly throughout the day to just make sure I stretch or whatever, though I know I should.
As the blog post states, working out really isn't a replacement for being mobile throughout the day, because humans really are not meant to sit in a chair for 40+ hours a week.
