This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California and the laws of United States and Canada applicable therein. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
ASUS reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual from the contest, and to ban that individual from any future promotion of ASUS, if ASUS finds or believes such individual to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or where applicable, the contest website; to be acting in violation of the contest rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass ASUS, ASUS’ agencies, other entrants or any other person. Prize claimant must be a resident of USA or Canada. To be eligible to claim a prize, a person must be a resident of USA or Canada who has reached the age of majority in the state or province in which he/she resides. In the event a person under the age of majority wins, they are permitted to transfer the PRIZE to their parent or legal guardian, who will then be the eligible entrant.
Only one entry is allowed per person. Anyone submitting multiple entries may be disqualified.
FOR QUEBEC RESIDENTS ONLY Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Prizes will be shipped by ASUS free of charge, using the carrier and method at our discretion.
Prizes NOT claimed in 30 days from the last attempted contact with the prize winner, will be redrawn to another contestant, or reclaimed by ASUS for alternative promotional purpose.
