Passing by an article at the How-To Geek informed me that the defragger under Vista has been upgraded in SP1... by adding a scheduler. So there you have it... something that should have been there all along.
I do wish the defragger in Windows was worth a damn, though. It's SO slow and the lack of a map to let you know it's actually doing something is frustrating.
BUT, for those who refuse to download even a free defragger tool, set up a schedule and keep that computer running smooth!
