I am the second loud male voice that is being more respectful to the teacher than the first.

Yes the first 10 second are silent, and yeah you have to turn up the volume a lot.

Yeah... I'm double posting... This deserves bump!

In case you are wondering, I took this to my University's college of business's head, and he refused to listen to it on the grounds that she did not know she was being recorded.

Legally, this recording would hold up in a court of law because it was taken in a public setting. (The classroom)
