Hey guys, sorry that I really only come here for shopping advice 
but I'm looking into getting a TV tuner card for my desktop. I'm pretty new to that area, and I'd love to watch TV on my desktop and possibly use it like a DVR. With that being said, does anyone have any thoughts? I was looking at something kinda like this one
