For the sake of the environment, hybrid and fully electric cars are a good thing. The cost up-front is higher, but down the road (no pun), it could save you money, and likewise have a minimal impact on the environment. But there is just one problem... the lack of noise. It might not seem like a big deal, but for pedestrians, it sure can be.
