Mr. Kaku brings up many fine points about Moore's Law and why it would need to be tweaked or dismissed entirely.

The writing has been on the wall for some time. Current production methods will reach the wall in the very near future. You can only build transistors so small and eventually there will be no more atoms to remove.

On a side note, one of my life's great joys was getting to hear Gordon Moore speak at the 2007 IDF. It was a real pleasure.
