Maybe this is old hat for some, but recently met an America's Army 'vet' who didn't know you could do this...
Goto the console and type in: Start ~mapname~ If you do this with one of the two Co-op maps, you'll be fighting the AI by yourself.

Of course you can do this with other maps as well, but they don't have any AI players.
