I would like to know whether Microsoft's Wireless Entertainment Desktop 7000keyboard has legs on the bottom of it.

I see no reason why it wouldn't have some form of angle adjustment, given that it's been a standard feature on PC keyboards since the late 1970s. You should be good.

Actually, I don't believe so. As far as I remember, this board does not have any form of legs on the bottom. It's meant to be a keyboard used on the couch... not so much one to be used on a desk.
