It's not all too often that a PlayStation 3 software update comes along that's well-worth rushing home for, but the brand-new 3.60 firmware might spawn one such occasion. Arguably the most interesting feature to be implemented in this update is the introduction of "PlayStation Plus", the paid subscription service we first talked about last month. From what we can tell, all details of the rumor seemed to pan out in the final release.

After looking into this, it seems like it is going to be something I am going to give atleast a 30 day trial as if it delivers what they are saying, it could be a helluva deal. I don't own many PS3 games as I do not play them enough to justify the cost, but if I can get access to even more demos and such, I may even be more willing to buy more games.

Prices seem right on and content seems well worth it. I hope it is as good as it looks on paper.
