Only a Geek Would......

I was cooking a snack, cheese sticks and caught myself doing a geeky thing.
It said to deep fry at 350* F for three minutes.
Now, I'm thinking this has to be perfect, so why not gt out the Raytec laser point thermometer.

So, My ' Only a Geek Would....
Is check my oil temp in the fry daddy with the Raytec Laser thermometer.

technology is great....huh?

They say technology has increased so much in the last 10 years, most can't keep up.
I see that to be true with my customers.....
I know, it seems so simple to me...and others......but some of these people can't set their temps on the A/C.
Much less to remember the security code when i get there, then the alarm goes off, cops come racing up, staring at ME. Sheees people, get out the manual...lol
