As flash memory becomes a more mature technology we see physical sizes going down while capacities go up. Today we take a look at a product that takes the reduced physical size to the extreme and find out at what premium does this reduced size come.

Wow that's small! I would just be so worried about breaking it... but still 1gb in something that small is not something you can laugh at.

This looks suspiciously like my "Super Talent"-made flash drive I've had for about a year...

"57.5ms ... roughly half a second" More like, roughly half of a tenth of a second. It takes 1000 milliseconds to make a second, not 100.

Nice review though.

I remember getting a computer with a 1.6 gig hard drive, thinking I'd never fill that up........And now we have a small chip to replace that old drive.
I have an XD card in my camera with 1 gig storage.
So technology marches forward.
I have read about fluid technology where mechanical drives for storage were going to be antique.
There seems to be a two to three year jump in technology, making what we have outdated too soon.
