No ROM battery
EDN comes with an interesting piece of news: New Architecture promises better battery.
Electronics is not my forte. But one question arises:
I find the technology essentially interesting. But while 5Kw/Kg is surely impressive, it speaks nothing of its size. My guess is that these hybrid capacitors will double or triple the space requirements. Less weight, but more space. Which can -- probably will -- remove any applicability for smaller electronic devices like computers.
