I especially like the part where the police can't figure out what to charge the guy with, but that the California Department of Motor Vehicles has made a formal request to a federal agency to see if the car is athreat to national security.

With that degree you would think to slightly tilt the exhaust up instead of down. The thrust of the jet would slightly tend to make you airborn, thus the tilt would keep it on the road.
I do have a degree in common sense....lol

I'm surprised it's street legal, and if he messes up, they might create a law just for him.
Seems a little too easy to switch it on at the wrong moment and kill a tailgater.

eh... its not technically illegal to mod your back window's washer fluid sprayer to spray a tailgater in most states.
