This fan-movie (part one) was put together with $500, which is rather staggering. The difference between this movie and the Hollywood video game movies is that this one actually looks like the game, and fans can relate to it. Take a look at the multi-hundred million dollar "game" movies created in recent memory... which one has stuck? Which one delivered what fans of the series were looking for? I sure can't think of one.
This on the other hand, was done with next-to-no budget, and the results are spectacular.
