i've got Terra Tec EWX 24/96,and i can't make to work both cards on-board and Terrac Tec,i don't know what's the problem,myabe Terra Tec don't allow to work anoather card.

You can't use two sound cards as output devices at the same time. You can use different cards for sound input (recording) and sound output (playback) simultaneously, but you can't use both cards for the same thing at the same time. Some programs, like Audacity and TeamSpeak let you specify which input and output devices to use in the program, but those settings are specific to the program you're running.
