We completely redid the wiring closet at work and used the network down time to upgrade a lot of our hardware. When we finally finished, we had somehow broken our exchange box. Internal mail was moving but nothing was coming in externally. We tried everything but finally downgraded to the previous version of firmware on our Cisco PIX firewall... worked. We left at 3 in the morning.

19 hour work day on your birthday FTW!
