Although they are one of the most popular motherboard manufacturers in the world, Gigabyte is not often referred to for their cases. With the 3D Aurora 570, they look to build on the momentum they have with their other products to make an impact in the gamer chassis market.

I just bought this case, im an australian and i live in the humid tropics,

great review, i have one thing to add, im not a big pc prof, just know enough to get me out of trouble, so dont think im trying to big note u, with the alluminium side of it. You should take into consideration rust from living by the sea. Where i am, the humidity is bad, if u get a bit of dust in cracks in the case, the moisture from the humidity gets into the dust and rusts it quick fast. my last case rusted from being made of steel. The fact that this is made from aluminium is why i was sold on it.

anyways, great review and i will be sure to check up on your site for future reviews, u guys answer everything that needs to be answered!

Kevie,

We are glad that you liked the review. It's a good case, there isn't any way to get around it. I like it even better with a set of fans that move far more air than the stock ones did. I personally prefer steel cases, or at least thicker aluminum, but the Aurora 570 is a solid winner. Thanks again!

LED fans

I purchased this case about 18 months ago. In all I have been very pleased with it. I must mention though, that after about a year, the LED's on the rear fans began to fail one by one. After about 14 months they almost all went at once. Since LED's do not "burn out", it indicates poor quality components within the fan circuit construction, or poor soldering. In either case, the problem is not repairable and if you want to have lighted fans after a year, you will have to change them out.

Cheers!
