1 - I need to put this cpu to work whit 1800mh ram is this possible.
Do i have any Benefit if i do it (from my point of view i get cheap cpu whit 4 GB cash memory)

There is no reason to go with such fast RAM. I'd recommend just getting a DDR3-1333 kit with decent timings (7-7-7) and rolling with those. You'll save cash, and won't see a single real-world difference in anything you do, unless you have unbelievably specific needs.
