3DMark Vantage next week?

Not sure what the pricing will be, but I'm sure it will be right around there. I agree though... it's an application more for the hardcore overclockers, which is why it includes a one-time only free run.

Me and my 320mb 8800GTS are hosed, even though I use a native 24" 1920x1200 display. I'd probably be a mite annoyed if I was still regularly using Vista, and not already waiting on a next-gen GPU...

Windows Vista, DX10 GPU, 512mb GPU, and a widescreen monitor will be required if you wish to use anything beyond the Entry or Performance tests.

Widescreen is not required, per se. The "Performance" mode uses 1280x1024, and I believe that's what most people will use since it's the default selection.
I like how Futuremark asks editors with pre-release copies to keep shut with regards to sensitive information... then they go ahead and release almost everything there is to know on their own ad-supported website.

Was having problems accessing the forum to edit that to clarify that part, however it doesn't change they will require 512mb to run the more advanced tests. These tests are not created equal.
