Catering to those who demand great GPU performance for a modest price, NVIDIA has launched its $130 GeForce GTX 550 Ti. Compared to the GTS 450 which it replaces, the GTX 550 Ti delivers faster performance, a beefier memory bus and what NVIDIA touts as being one of the best performance per watt ratios around.

The 5770 vs 550Ti, me thinks the 5770 is still a keeper for me, lol!

this be a bit out of context but i cant help noticing the GTX570 consuming less power than the GTX550?!?

I noticed that also, and it doesn't make an ounce of sense. I don't think our current method of measuring power is ideal, but it's been made a lot tougher with the power scheme improvements on both AMD's and NVIDIA's latest cards. We're going to be updating our entire GPU suite soon, and will figure out a better solution at that time.
