what cpu cooler I need

Please help!!!!
I have a MSI motherboard with AMD processor and I have to a cooler that does not work very good and I think that is causing my computer to go on an off too often, so I think I need to replace my cooler and so I do not know what kind of cooler I need please Help me out.

The Zalman 9700LED gets a pretty good cooling for the money, the V10 or V8 are too big

if u want something cheaper
get sun beam CCF
