Default ASUS M70Sa 17" Multimedia Notebook

Does the idea of having Blu-ray capabilities on the go excite you? How about the idea of having 1,000GB worth of storage at the tip of your fingers? Or having a 1920x1200 resolution to keep the best possible work-flow? The ASUS M70Sa has those and a lot more, in a beefy 17" package.

You can read our full review right here and then discuss it in this thread!

Great Review!
But the question I really would love to get answered is...
- How's the Reliability of Asus notebooks?
- And how is Customer Service?

Anyone who has owned a Dell, Compaq, or HP will probably agree... we are disgusted with both of those issues!
I am tired of HP's motherboard issues and just sent back my ZD8000 for overheating issues.

Long-term reliability, from what I understand, is quite good. I've known a few people who've had their notebooks for a few years, and I have never heard of any horror story.

Their customer service is not ideal though, that's for sure. I've never dealt with it myself, but sometimes it's hard to get a solution to a problem taken care of right away. As I said, I've never dealt with this myself, but it's what I've heard and read. Sometimes they are quick to respond, sometimes they aren't.
