Default NAS Synology DS207

I've had the Synology DS207 for about a week and love it
Now I'm trying to set it up so I can connect outside of the network using an internet connection at work.
I can't figure how to set it up on the IP addresses.

Any help would be great.

Merlin,

Here are a few quick looks at Synology's own "best practices." I can assist your further when you have the time as well. Synology has features build into it's software that can even aid you in doing this as well.
