I noticed my score dropped by adding a two 500 gig internal drives.
Is that normal?

Normal if they are slower models. If they are identical to what was there, then it is weird. It could be that they just need to be defragged though.

naaaaah....I added the 2 drives after I ran the first 3Dmark....then ran it afterwards and got the slower mark

Oh, you are talking about 3DMark? It's normal to have scores from that fluctuate, but no-so-much with PCMark.
For an "accurate" 3DMark score, it should be run two or three times and the scores averaged.
