Default Beijing IDF 07: Penryn, Teraflops and Skulltrail

IDF Beijing is now underway and there are countless announcements to cover. These include new Penryn performance reports, updated information on their 80-Core processor in addition to a new teraflops technology called Larrabee, new power consumption goals and more.

I, like many I suppose, am both excited and depressed, at the same time, regarding all of the Intel annoucements.

Excited by the possibilities, but depressed also because Intel won't let a bloke get a chance to catch one's breath. I say to myself, 'Damn, that's too cool, gotta get it; damn, I can't afford this; damn, I was ready to buy the new thingy they just annouced yesterday and now its the old thingy. AHHHHHHH....... give us all a break already.

Oh, by the way......DON'T STOP, KEEP IT COMING BABY!
