Whenever I peruse Google's Play store, I often see the same games over and over. But every so often, I get a quick glimpse at one I haven't seen before, and one that happens to be popular (which makes me question how I've never seen it before). One example is Radiant Defense, a game I discovered just this past weekend. Chances are good that you've never seen tower defense done so cutesy and colorful.

I've been playing RD for about a month and it has been a complete pain in the ass. Not because any aspect of it sucks, but because it's so damned hard in the later levels!!!

Haha, it's hard on the easier levels, too. Good brain exerciser that's for sure.

What I like is that in some levels you get to control the path that the "invaders" choose instead of having a static enemies follow this route type of game. It adds a whole other dimension in that you can overlap certain units giving you more bang for your buck.
