Jack Daniel's Sends Author What Might Be Most Polite C&D Ever
The de facto measure to take whenever a company finds an infringement being made on one of their products is to send their best lawyers after the target like a pack of rabid dogs, flinging threats left and right like there's no tomorrow. Then there's Jack Daniel's, which almost makes a cease and desist seem pleasant.
