Site Issues

Hey guys,

There's some issues with the site that popped up today, during an update of the backend software. After the update was complete, it broke some things around the site. For some reason, the update "downgraded" some software, which seems to be responsible for this breakage.

This is just a warning that the site may be down sporadically until these problems are fixed. Since I am unsure of the problem exactly, it may take me a little while ;)

Yeah.. I am completely unsure what the problem is. I've been asking around though. I believe it has something to do with one of PHP's libraries, but I am not sure if it will fix things simply by installing them.

Should be back to normal in a week... I hope.

Orbit was kind enough to fix the problems with the recent content. I have a hard time understanding exactly what, and how something broke, but I am going to look into it. Either way, the site frontend is back to normal :D

Just gotta figure out the CMS thing. God, feels good to have it back to normal though.
