TimeShift Demo, Reason to Be Excited?

I got a bit of news from Gamespot today, the TimeShift Demo is out, I've never heard of it before and all I know is it's a FPS. Anyone know anything about it?

I had to cancel the download early because I had to do some benchmarking. I will likely do the download through the night since I will be jumping all around the PC all day.
