My current SuperFlower PSU has a 140mm fan. Frankly, I'm loving it. It's very quiet and moves allot of air.
140's are hard to find, but do you think they'll become norm soon???

You can get 140mm Yate Loon fans without too much trouble these days. (http://www.jab-tech.com/Yate-Loon-140mm-Case-Fan-D14SM-12-pr-3594.html)
I think it'd be great to have more 140mm fans on cases and PSUs. I also wouldn't mind a couple radiators designed with 140mm fans in mind.

I think that 140mm fans may become more prevalent, but only as a gimmick. The trend in computer hardware in general is away from high-wattage processors ( = lots of heat output) like the AMD Athlon and Pentium 4 and toward more power-efficient designs. Other heat-producing parts like the Radeon HD2900XT GPU and other high-end video cards vent their heat outside, typically. There really isn't a need for even larger fans than the now-common 120mm fans, unless you just want to run them really slowly to push air very quietly.
