Google has hired the lead programmer of the Firefox Web browser, the newest step in the search engine powerhouse's encroachment on Microsoft's turf.
This is (http://news.com.com/Google+snaps+up+top+Firefox+programmer/2100-1032_3-5548682.html) great news in my opinion. Already what I think is the best browser, does a fantastic job of making people avoid Internet Explorer.
Now Google is looking to win over MSN.com and their search. I can imagine they picked the right guy. It's going to be very interesting..
